Kristyn brings over 13 years of clinical expertise and operational insight to Hercore Solutions. With a foundation in healthcare, Kristyn has built a career defined by precision, problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
A lifelong commitment to customer service has shaped her approach to leadership—prioritizing responsiveness, clear communication, and a deep understanding of client needs. As CEO, she leverages her background in high-stakes healthcare environments to lead with empathy, structure, and strategic foresight.
Scott is a Finance Executive with extensive senior management experience for multi-national manufacturing and service organizations, with over 20 years of experience working for Aerospace and Defense companies.
Scott is a licensed CPA with broad accounting expertise and knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, FAR, DFARS, CAS, ITAR, FOCI, and SSA regulations, as well as extensive experience with cost accounting, project accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, company integration, ERP design & implementation, risk management, talent development and establishing effective financial policy and procedure. Scott has lead the full back office for organizations, including Finance, Accounting, Legal, Purchasing, Contracts, HR and IT teams.
