Chief Executive Officer
Kristyn brings more than 13 years of healthcare, operational, and leadership experience to Hercore Solutions. Her clinical background has given her firsthand insight into workforce challenges, complex operations, and the importance of having qualified, dependable professionals in critical roles.
As CEO, Kristyn leads Hercore’s strategic direction, business development, and day-to-day operations. She brings a practical, people-focused approach to workforce solutions, combining strong problem-solving, cross-disciplinary coordination, and client service with an understanding of the unique staffing needs of government organizations.
Her leadership is grounded in responsiveness, accountability, and clear communication, with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering reliable workforce solutions across healthcare, information technology, human resources, and administrative support.
Scott brings extensive executive leadership experience overseeing Human Resources, IT, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Pricing, and Recruiting for multi-million-dollar organizations. As a CFO and Board Member, he has led complex business operations, corporate infrastructure strategies, and organizational restructurings across regulated industries.
His technology experience includes corporate IT environments, ERP implementations, enterprise software deployments, and systems integration. Combined with his background in program management and federal contracting requirements, including FAR and DFAR compliance, Scott brings valuable oversight to Hercore’s IT and government contracting operations.
Throughout his career, Scott has also directed recruiting, talent development, contract administration, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. His broad operational experience provides Hercore with the leadership and infrastructure needed to effectively support workforce contracts across IT, HR, administrative, and management functions.
